错。No matter what本身不可以独立成句。
楼上说的No matter，也不行。
我不知道你在场合说这句话，但如果是口语的话，可以说
Anyway, we will support you.
庄重点的（但有点奇怪，不建议）
In any circumstaces, we will support you.

明显是错的嘛
No matter后面要接从句的No matter what will happen

应为：No matter , we will support you.
